The Most Awaited Embrace turns a hug into an idea with two meanings: not as a “happy ending”, but as proof of everything that came before… and as the beginning of a life that becomes possible again. A universal gesture to tell, without clichés, the story of the waiting, bureaucracy and costs that keep many refugee families apart.

The campaign unfolds this idea through a simple, recognisable story, bringing it to life across a main film, social media content and a landing page designed to amplify the message and turn emotion into action.
